For this photoshoot I wanted to create an environment where women from all walks of life got together to show their vulnerabilities, lift each other up, and enjoy each other's company. After minutes of meeting these ladies were laughing, hugging, and lifting each other up. They were each other's cheerleaders; they gave words of encouragement.
Last Valentine's Day I launched my boudoir group Secrets Kept by Natausha. I decided to start this journey because my whole teenage/adult life I have struggled with my weight and my self confidence. I wanted to show everyone that they are beautiful. We live in a world that judges us for every little thing, a world where to be beautiful you must look a certain way. As women, we strive to be so many things and to do it with our heads held high. We tend to forget who we are and we identify ourselves by our career or by being a mother. a daughter, a sister, etc. But I'm here to tell you, you are so much more! I know society may judge us, life may throw us curveballs, people may be rude or inconsiderate but together we hold our head high. For we are women.
